Description
The original image is in Black and White. Under carefully controlled conditions, this image was photographed using Polaroid # 59 Color film. This film is no longer available. The result is an interesting dramatic mixture of black and white and color
A Polaroid transfer is when you peel the Polaroid apart during the developing process and transfer the wet part onto a piece of paper or fabric. I used rice paper for this one.
This is truly a unique photographic artwork and cannot be repeated. This is the only piece in existence
The image part is about 4 x 5 inches (9 x 12 cm) and the original is for sale. The work is matted in archival safe mat board and framed in a 11 x 14 narrow black frame. Please contact the artist for more info.
