This image was captured on black and white film with a 4" x 5" (negative size) large format Pinhole Camera. A pinhole camera is basically just a box with a tiny hole and a place to put the film. No lens, no electronics, no viewfinder. Just a box and the photographer.

The Coot Bay pond in the Everglades National Park is one of the many lakes in the park.

Ever since my parents gave me my first camera during a family vacation, I have been hooked to photography. I was 6 or 7 years old and the camera was a little plastic Kodak Instamatic. I still have it. I love working with one of my vintage cameras. My cameras range in age from 85 to 45 years old and in formats up to to 4 x 5 inch.
