The Toulouse or Grey Goose is a very old breed and originated in French, From French, the breed went to the UL and from there to the USA. The breed is kept commercially as a meat provider and the next time you order Foie Gras, think of this beautiful female. This particular goose showed up at our house one day and she decided to adopt us.
