Artist's Description

Beautiful landscape in the Big Cypress National preserve.

This image is very large and stitched together from 9 vertical (portrait) individual images.

Big Cypress is adjacent to the Florida Everglades National Park and was originally to be included in the Everglades NP. As a result, they did the next best thing and made it into a National preserve. This was a whole new concept and something not in existence before the Big Cypress dilemma. The preserve is administered and controlled by the National Park Service.
